The Blue Jackal

Once upon a time, in a forest, there lived a jackal.The jackal had not eaten anything sice past two days and was very hungry.He wadered across the forest in search of food but of no use. Soon, he reached the outskirts of a village.
As soon as the jackal entered the village, a few dogs started barking and running after him. The jackal got scared and ran for his life. Soon, he saw a house with a backyard door open. He entered the house to save himself. Suddenness, there was spilled water and the jackal slipped into a tub filled with liquid. As he gathered himself and came out of tub, he saw all the dogs running scared and running away.


The jackal wa surprised. He turned back and saw a blue colored animal. He also got scared. Suddenly, he raised , it was his mirror image. He had gone blue as he slipped into a tub with blue color liquid. He realized it was a washer man house.

He went back to the forest.When the animals of the forest saw the blue jackal they were frightened. They had never seen such an animal. Even the lions and tigers were frightened with the strange animal.

The jackal was quick to realize the change in the behavior of the other animals. He decided to take advantage of the situation.

He told the animals that God has sent him as their king and to the earth to take care of them.

All the animals believed him at one as they have never seen such an animal. They accepted him as their king. They brought presents and food for him. Also, they obeyed his commands.

The blue jackal began living a royal life with everyone obeying his commands and everyone bringing him delicious foods.

One day, blue jackal was having a meeting with all animals.He heard a pack of jackals howling outside his palace. Those jackals had come from some other jungle and were howling, singing and dancing. The blue jackal forgot that he was a king and not an ordinary jackal any more. He too began howling, singing and dancing.

All the animals were surprised to see their king howling like a jackal. Soon, they realised that the jackal had fooled them and was not a representative of God. All the animals got very angry.In a fit of rage, they killed the blue jackal immediately.
