The Crow , Snake and Necklace

Long time ago, a crow lived with his family in the forest. The crow had build a nest on the tree. But, sadly , a snake lived near the bottom of the tress. there lived a crow couple who had built a nest on top of a tree. Whenever the crow lay eggs, the serpent used to crawl up the tree and eat all the eggs. The crow family was very troubled by the snake.  It was happening again and again.  The crow wanted to get rid of the snake.
The crow then went to his friend Jackal for advice. The jackal listened to the crow story. He thought of a plan. As a part of the plan, he told him that the queen cam to bathe in a pond near by everyday. He asked him to fetch the necklace of the queen while she was bathing and drop it near the snake hole. The crow followed the jackal advise. Next day, when the queen came to bathe on the pond, she put her expensive necklace with a maid and some guards guarding outside at some distance.
 
The crow was looking for opportunity to steal the necklace. As soon as the maid turned the other side, he stole the necklace and flew way. Seeing this, the maid shouted and asked the soldiers to follow the crow and get the necklace. The crow dropped the necklace inside  the snake hole.. The guards followed the crow. When they reached near the tree, the guards saw the necklace dropped inside the snake hole.

They saw the snake inside the hole. To take the necklace out, they then killed the snake. The crow family were happy now that their eggs were safe.They thanked the jackal for his advise.

Intelligence wins over might.
